- The customer retains the domain, tenant, data, billing relationship, and primary owner account.
- SloanOps receives only the administrative access needed for approved work and removes or returns it during offboarding.
Separately scoped work
- Mail, calendar, contact, and file migration.
- Work outside standard setup or routine administration is quoted separately or approved at $125 per hour.
- Independent backup, retention, legal hold, and recovery requirements.

No. Your business purchases and owns the Google Workspace subscription directly from Google. SloanOps provides separately scoped setup and ongoing administration.
Is this only business email?
No. Professional email is a common starting point, and the service can include named accounts, groups, shared calendars, shared Drive foundations, and supported Workspace settings.
Can I use it without a SloanOps website?
Yes. Managed Google Workspace stands on its own and can also complement a SloanOps website.
What does setup and maintenance cost?
Standard setup is $75 one time. Ongoing administration is $10 per month for the first managed user and $5 per month for each additional managed user. Google charges the business separately for its subscription. Migration and work outside the standard boundary are quoted separately or approved at $125 per hour.
