Broad technical help · Deltona + remote

A capable technical partner for the work that does not fit in a website package.

SloanOps provides clearly scoped remote and onsite help across business technology, from printers and workstations to websites, cloud systems, applications, documentation, and vendor coordination.

The useful outcome

Built around the work your business needs done.

Not every technical problem deserves a subscription or a new platform. This service creates a responsible catch-all for businesses that need investigation, implementation, advice, or an experienced person who can coordinate the right next step.

  • A clearly authorized problem and practical next step.
  • Direct communication with the person investigating and performing the work.
  • Coordination with corporate IT, software vendors, internet providers, printer providers, or licensed contractors when needed.
  • Documentation of work performed, verification, unresolved risks, and follow-up.

What the service covers.

  • 02Basic network and Wi-Fi diagnosis within the approved boundary
  • 03Website, DNS, hosting, deployment, and monitoring review

Important boundaries

What to know before the work starts.

Clear ownership and service limits prevent surprises. The approved written scope applies these rules to the specific project.

Scheduling rules

  • Onsite work has a one-hour minimum and additional time bills in one-hour increments.
  • Cancellation inside 24 hours or unavailable authorized access may be billed as one hour.
  • After-hours work is available only under a separate written quote that states the rate and availability.

Authorization and safety

  • SloanOps does not bypass identity, endpoint, network, warranty, or corporate-management controls.
  • Purchases, production changes, remote access, disposal, and subcontracting require written authorization.
  • Permanent low-voltage premises wiring requires an appropriately licensed contractor unless the exact work is authoritatively confirmed exempt.
  • Passwords and sensitive customer data are not stored in the visit or project record.

How the work moves

A clear path from decision to operation.

01

Define the problem and authority

We identify the requested outcome, affected systems, authorized requester, access boundary, location, timing, and other providers involved.

02

Approve the working scope

SloanOps confirms the hourly or fixed-price approach, travel, third-party costs, change authority, data boundary, and expected verification before work begins.

03

Investigate, act, and record

The work is performed within the approved boundary, tested where practical, and closed with the result, open risks, time, billing, and next step documented.

Local when useful, remote when practical

Based in Deltona. Built to support businesses wherever the work happens.

SloanOps is based in Deltona and can support approved onsite work in and around Volusia County. Remote consulting and operational work are available when physical presence is not needed.

The service is intentionally broader than websites, but it is not unlimited. Work that requires licensing, specialized insurance, unsupported access, or another provider is identified and coordinated instead of being improvised.

Questions before a project

Plain answers first.

Can SloanOps help with printers or office equipment?

Yes. Approved work may include printers, workstations, monitors, docks, ordinary peripherals, equipment replacement, existing patch cables, and vendor coordination.

Is technical consulting limited to websites?

No. The service can cover cloud and application operations, DNS, deployments, monitoring, reliability, automation, documentation, infrastructure review, and other pre-approved technical work within SloanOps' capabilities.

How is onsite work billed?

Standard labor is $125 per hour with a one-hour minimum and one-hour increments. Travel is included under 20 one-way road miles. Trips at 20 miles or more carry a disclosed $50 fee.
